Sparky's Food Company started with family recipes and a simple belief: good food brings people together. We're born and raised on Maui, and every plate we serve carries that pride — Maui No Ka Oi.

We started with the dishes our families made — the ones that felt like home — and decided to share them with you. That's still the heart of every plate we put out.
Born and raised on Maui
Our founders grew up here, played sports here, and built their work ethic as student-athletes on this island. That same teamwork and perseverance shapes how we run Sparky's every day.
More than food
We've held homeless food giveaways, donated to the Maui Food Bank, supported Make-A-Wish and Sandlot youth baseball, and given away a graduate party for seniors who live our four pillars of success. Giving back isn't a program — it's our kuleana.
August 2023: showing up for our people
When the Maui fires struck on August 8th, 2023, we turned our restaurant into a community donation hub the very next day — hot meals and necessities to Lahaina, first responders, and hospital personnel. Partnering with Shaka Detailing, we mālama'd our people. Mahalo to everyone who showed up.
